Nature of the contract
By this contract, saffir.ma sells to the customer (any natural or legal person signing a purchase-sale contract in its catalog) and the latter purchases the product specified on the invoice from saffir.ma. The term “contract” means the purchase-sale transaction carried out by this document. By “product” is meant the goods covered by the contract.
Availability and prices
The data appearing on our database correspond to the products which have entered our catalog. We are not responsible for typographical or arithmetic errors present on our web page. The prices indicated take into account the VAT in Morocco.
Although saffir.ma has 90% of its catalog in stock, some products may not be available at the time of your purchase.
Deliveries
The amount of the delivery will be added to the total price, except when the amount of the order reaches the sum from which the delivery is offered, according to the conditions specified in the section on delivery rates.
Payment
In the event of delivery, payment for the product must be made by one of the following payment methods, depending on the buyer’s choice: in cash on delivery, online payment by credit card or through the Pyapal payment.
saffir.ma will provide the corresponding invoice upon delivery and / or by email. The amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase.
