In order to ensure quality service to our customers, we have established several partnerships managed internally by our delivery unit. Depending on the region, city, and service performance, we dispatch deliveries to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Commitment to Quality and Delivery Time
We are committed to continuously improving the quality and delivery time of our products. Each order is subject to confirmation by our customer service before processing. Once confirmed, packages are generally shipped within 24 hours. Deliveries are made cash on delivery.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include preparation, packaging, and postage costs. Here are our current rates:
Casablanca: 24 MAD
Outside Casablanca: 36 MAD

Casablanca City Center: Any order placed and confirmed before noon may be delivered the same day, if possible. Otherwise, delivery is made within 24 hours.
Other Cities: Between 24 hours and 72 hours.
For deliveries outside Casablanca, we use a network of over 950 collection points spread throughout the Moroccan territory to ensure extensive and efficient coverage.
Exchange Conditions
We guarantee the exchange of items only in case of manufacturing defects. Box dimensions are appropriate, and each item is carefully protected to prevent damage during transport.
