Exchange and Return Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to make exchanges or returns, and we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Here is our exchange and return policy:

Terms and conditions

Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn and accompanied by their original packaging.
Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Sale or promotional items may be eligible for exchange or return, subject to availability.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or quality problem.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Exchange or Return Procedure

Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAR) and instructions on how to return your item.
Pack the item carefully in its original packaging and include all relevant accessories, labels and documentation.
Include a copy of the original invoice or purchase order with the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service, making sure to obtain proof of postage and insure the package if necessary.
Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund.
